INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND USE
Ensure all feeding utensils are washed and sterilized thoroughly before preparation.
To prepare a single feed, add 4 level scoops (approx. 40g) or 3 heaping tablespoons of Enfagrow A+ CS-Biome 3+ powder to 190mL warm water (40°C) that has previously been boiled for 5 minutes to make a 216mL beverage. Stir or shake well until fully dissolved.
Use scoop in box to measure powder. Clean and DRY scoop thoroughly before use. Store DRY scoop in the pouch.
This product is not a breastmilk substitute.
POWDER STORAGE
Store pouch at room temperature. After opening, fold and clip tightly the cut section. Keep opened pouch in a clean, dry and airtight container. Use contents within 1 month after opening. Do not freeze powder and avoid excessive heat.
CAUTION
1. Please do not consume if there is any packaging defect or if pouch is not sealed.2. If reconstituted beverage is not consumed immediately, keep in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours after mixing.3. Once feeding begins, use formula within 1 hour or discard.
